Explorer Winter Camp
Explorer Winter Camp is a unique place for extraordinary kids! Our day camp is an ABA based program providing children with an exciting winter camp experience. Campers will participate in arts and crafts, cooking, dance and movement, science and nature exploration, group games, field trips and much, much more!
Specialized Support
Our program is designed to meet the needs of campers with behavioral and social challenges. Prior to enrollment, each camper will go through an initial intake process in which their skills and behaviors are evaluated and goals are developed. Additionally, a behavior support plan is developed for each camper. Campers are assigned to their team based on their needs and goals. Camp counselors are trained to implement each campers behavior plan and to target their individual goals within each activity.
Winter Camp Team
- Camp Directors are Masters level, Board Certified Behavior Analysts with over 10 years of experience in supporting individuals with autism.
- Camp Counselors are Bachelors level, ABA trained staff.
- Camp Interns are undergraduate students who complete an extensive ABA training.
